Trying out some new steel M390 and 10V

O yeah...been hearing great things about both. I think Im gonna need something in M390 soon.

That is expensive stuff man! It is suppose to be really good so it may be worth it. Especially if it is going to be a custom knife that you will enjoy using all the time.

Yeah, Nate was telling me about both on the way to the last get-together. They sound pretty amazing. I've been browsing some of Knarfeng's and Ankerson's threads too, seems like it's good stuff in their hands.

I'm thinking M390 would work well for a necker as well.

M390 would work awesome for neckers. Seems to be a amazing all around steel. Just expensive as hell that's all.

I bet M390 with a good heat treat is the best stainless on the market right now. Seems to be great at just about everything from what I've read.
