Trying to date an old PAL Cutlery Knife and an old OLD HICKORY Knife

Hello,
I just received two old knives from my 96 year old Grandmother. She said her father used both of these knives when she was a girl. I'm hoping to date these to confirm the story. Sadly, my Grandmother's memory isn't what it used to be.

First is a Pal fillet knife. I've had little luck finding history on the PAL fillet knife online. It has K4136BG stamped underneath the PAL logo.

Second is an Old Hickory kitchen knife, with a 4" blade. There are plenty of Old Hickory knives online, however, I've noticed the one I have is missing two things that I've seen on all the photos of other Old Hickory knives. One, there isn't anything stamped on the metal, and there isn't a trade mark between OLD and HICKORY, or after OLD HICKORY. Perhaps this would be a clue?

I'm trying to add some photos, but am not having any luck? Any help would be appreciated on how to do this!

Thanks so much for all the can help, I hope I can confirm that these were actually my Great Grandfathers knives!
