I had a brother who was former military and passed away a little less than a year ago. He left me 2 katana/samurai swords and am wondering if they are in fact real. They do have the wavy lines on blade, were purchased 6-7 yrs ago or less, have what appears to be real bamboo handles, art depiction on the handles of two separate creatures as there are two swords; one is a full length Katana and one is a short version; no made in china etc markings or any indication of where it was made for that matter, seems real but trying to figure that out for sure. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated!!! I have pictures that would help but dont know how to post them on here????

Thank you
Charles

Only paid members can upload pictures directly from their computers. But anyone can open a photo hosting account. I use www.photobucket.com . Download your pictures to the account and they give you a URL for each picture. Copy & Paste that in your post here. Use the fourth URL choice, with the tags already in place.
