Trying to find John Johnson of Savannah

I don't know the appropriate place for this, but this seems community oriented to me.

I'm trying to find John Johnson that lives in Savannah. Last I heard from him he was having big time health issues. That was well over a year ago. The home phone doesn't work, cell number not his anymore, and emails all bounce back. I have left messages on several occasions on his wifes work phone and have yet to get a call back.
