Trying to get the Burst with G-10 handles.

It makes sense. The larger Tremor comes with G10 handles and it runs about $5 more than the Burst. At the current price, the Burst should have come with G-10 scales otherwise it should run about $10 cheaper than the Tremor. Just Emailed Kershaw asking about getting some handles made. I saw factory proto with one. Very nice. I'm not too happy with the plastic handles. They feel cheap. Much like the full sized Benchmade Griptilian handle scales. Excellent knife other than the handles. Kudos to Kershaw for having made the blade thick and with a stonewashed finish.

Unfortunately you just can't do simple pricing math based on model comparisons. There are many behind the scene factors that can alter a specific knife price. Occasionally to the outside there may seem like there are discrepancies, but there are factory reasons on how the MSRP becomes what it is.
