I have acquired what looks to be pretty vintage - Folding knife where the blade when closed extends 5 more inches from the bone grips. There's a brass mechanism under the hilt that needs to be opened and pushed down to close the knife and the same to open it. Tang stamped PIC Japan. Comes with an interesting sheath that almost appears military. Fully extended the knife is over 12". I know, I know pictures. Can someone tell me the best and easiest way to upload pics on here? Thanks

Get an account at imgur. When you upload a pic to imgur right click it and copy the url. Now look at the toolbar above the chat box. Click on the picture of the two mountains and sunset to the right of the smiley face. Paste the link into the box that pops up and hit insert.

Do not use imgur, this is way better and easier https://postimages.org/
This is simple and easy to use without any signing up.
Just upload your picture, tap the blue icon at the end of the hotlink for forums, then paste it here.

Btw this sounds to me like a cheapo made in Japan copy of leverlock a folding Bowie which were most commonly made in Germany but also made by marbles.

Being a gold member, you have this option.

Update - appears to be from the 1950's based on internet research which yes is up to interpretation but the varying prices are from about $250 up in excellent condition. Hmmmm
