Where you were when you got it? that might give some sort off a geographic clue to zero in on the maker.
It appears to be hand stitched so that be a clue also, but more by the process of elimination. Many more of the professional makers would machine stitch, but again that's far from 100% positive.
There are many makers who frequent this forum, including me, who could do work like that unless you just want that particular maker for some reason.
