Trying to reactivate my old account. No help from emails.

Decided to take a break from knives for a but and did a self deactivate on my account. When I went to restart it by following the link I got when trying to sign in, via email I believe, I never heard anything back.
Normally I wouldn't care, but when the old account was done being deactivated, I didn't realize there would be a giant BANNED underneath my old account name, making me look like I did something egregious. Now someone has brought it up and that it looks suspicious, even though it was a self disable.
Who do I need to contact?

I did the password reset and it does show that I'm no longer banned, but when I try to log in it still says that the account is disabled. Am I doing something incorrectly here?
