It's on the tip of my tongue, I always wanted one but never picked it up. I think it was recently discontinued....
It's a swayback frame with a main spear blade and a pen blade.
They had them in red bone with CV steel for a long time and I'm kicking myself for never getting one.

What pattern is this?

Maybe it was the swayback jack and I always thought it had a spear main... Maybe....

The only Case Swayback patterns I can recall are the Swayback Gent, Swayback Jack, and Loom Fixer... all with straight edge main blades.

I don't know the knife that you envision but it would be an interesting pattern. The backward curvature of the handle seems like it would cause difficulty getting a spear blade to sink into the blade well near the tip due to the belly on a spear blade. Maybe not but it seems like it.

Might it have been a 4-blade congress pattern with a couple of blades removed, leaving only spear and pen?

Is it the Case-Bose Eureka Jack? Or Case-Bose Dogleg Jack? Neither are really a swayback, but they both have that kind of look with the swell end and they have spear mains. Secondary blade is a small wharncliffe on the Eureka, and a pen on the dogleg.

Sounds like the Dogleg Jack in the CASE/Bose Collab series. Spears are quite rare on CASE knives as a master blade- excepting Canoes. But the Collabs never use CV of course....Damascus though
