Trying to Renew my Gold Membership but cannot

Happy Thanksgiving

Got the email from you that I need to renew my gold but when I click on the link therein it does not work. How do I go about this?

We need more specific info. What exactly did you click on, how did you pay, what message did you get that says it didn't go through?
 
The link I click on is the one just above in this thread.

After I click on it I get the following message, still in Blade Forums.

vBulletin Message

"We are sorry, this content is not supported via the mobile style.
Click Here to go to the Forum Homepage"

And that is all; it happens every time and no opportunity is ever offered to go farther in the process, to renew, or to pay for my Gold Membership.

I hope you can help me with this; I have no clue what to do, am not particularly great at computers, but would still like to provide support to Blade Forums by being a Gold Member.

Is there a way I can just bypass all this process and pay someone with a credit card?

Wow! I did what you said Karda and found that I did have the BFC-1 skin but then I went ahead and logged out. I don't think I have logged out in many months; the forum just stays up on my computer. Anyway after I logged back in, I used the link to renew, it worked and I just bought a two year Gold Membership and paid with it with Pay Pal. Woo Hoo and thanks for your help. Maybe it is a big mistake not to "log out" occasionally and let everything reset.

A final question, will I need to reload the avatar I lost when my previous gold membership expired and I became a "registered user" or will that happen automatically in due time?
