trying to renew my subscription.

i tried twice to renew my subscription, both times this message came up "The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder. (27)
" ?? that is me.. everything is current??

could it be i am not using the same credit card?? i don't recall which one i used before??

You need to use the correct billing address for your CC no matter which one you use. If you can't remember the address, please contact your CC company to find out.

thanks Spark... address's are the same... i guess i might have punched a wrong # or letter? i'll try again later..
