Trying to understand the different abrasive sets on tech studio Russian knife sharpen

So I'm looking through the different sets of abrasives and I want to make sure I got this right. Are they just giving different brands or is there quality? For example I looking at the profile set and the Boride Combined Kit 5pcs (with blanks and cover). Do they do the same? Thanks for help.
