Trying to upgrade to Gold

Tried to upgrade to a Gold membership yesterday with a CC. After I submitted all the info, ie name, CC# etc, I received the dotDefender message. However I did received a confirmation receipt from OSKS and it has posted to my CC statement, and I have tried to change my group to no avail. Awaiting instructions...

Still no luck and from what I've read if you pay with a CC it is suppose to be automatic???? I paid with CC. I received this under description: d6fac8dcb4bbc0410d9f7f8ad837f9e7 Subscription and Trans ID: 5024175372

Same problem as Fort Henry and multiple others. It's fixed now, sorry.
