I have recently aquired a DC power source and the other essentials needed to anodize. I have also searched and read some of the other threads and will use a stainless pot as the cathode, but my question is how much TSP do I mix into solution? How much water to TSP do I need?
Thanks
Chuck

Chuck,

I have been using TSP to do all my TI anodizing - It's worked pretty good, I use a fairily strong soloution dont't have it measurd out but it seems the stronger the soloution the better. just my opinion -
I'm sure there is a different/ better soloution but this is what I use.

Be careful with that DC power supply - ZAPPP!

Chuck,
I use a one gallon plastic container to do my anodizing. I use about a table spoon of TSP and it works OK.
I found that washing the Ti. it a stronger solution of it with HOT water gets all the polishing compound and other crud out of the holes.
I participated in the anodizing thread mentioned above and found NO difference using any of the sodas mentioned.
