Tucson under water

I understand that Tucson is getting hit with unusually heavy monsoons this season. I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of our brother Hogs and Rats out in that beautiful part of the country.

I expect Dave Brown to post pics of the Kydex Canoe that I'm sure he's busy making right now. I hope he accounts for the weight of all that INFI.

Thanks for the concern guys. I came out of an open house for my kindergartner and the streets were very flooded. It is not a problem for me since I ride on 33" worth of tires, but I was pretty surprised given that it hadn't really even started to rain when I had gone into the building less than a hour before.

I have not been over to David Brown's place yet, but my sense of where his place is is that much of Tucson will be under water before he has to worry.

Hey is that some kind of fat joke?................................oh you said INFI.:D

What the heck is all this wet stuff? I thought I lived in a friggin desert!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't ask me where it's coming from. I blame Porkerson! And the weeds in my yard are kicking my arse!

We've been getting tons of rain up here. Skunk, you should be getting relief soon if the weather moves that way

It's been raining pretty good here. (Near Prescott) The official total for today is .3" I don't know what they use to measure rain, but my backyard rain guage shows 1 1/4". It sure does cool things off. It's 58 right now.

In Tucson the weather station shows .01" accumulation. Both weather stations are at airports. Maybe it's not allowed to rain there.;)

The way it's been raining this summer, the soil is probably saturated. It doesn't take much to cause flooding when there's nowhere for the water to go.

Yeah, I live in Sierra Vista (near Tucson) and I have mushrooms growing in my yard. I thought I lived in the desert, too.

With all the rain here in Queen Creek the weeds are a daily battle.
Look at the bright side all you Az plp. The nice weather is comming. (I hope)

It only sprinkled here (surprise) yesterday but I also have shroomz growing from the rain. But we need the rain.

This has been great, three days of rain each night. I won't have to water my yard till the end of the year.:D

It's raining in the desert, and it's dry as a bone out here in WetVille..
