That's because this knife used to be a file. When HI wears out a file that make it into a knife like this one.

You shouldn't actually send money until you get a Done Deal email from Yangdu. Someone else might have emailed her first. Also, you need for Yangdu to tell you the shipping cost, which will probably be $12-$15 for a knife of this size.

The procedure is to send Yangdu an email, wait for her to reply with Done Deal and the shipping cost, then and only then you should send payment.

I do hope you get it. This is a very nice knife, made from a real, worn-out file.

Reti means file in Nepal. They are fashioned in the Kobra form and usually at the 1:1 ounce to length ratio or less. They are fighters in form but compared to many fighters you will find it stout enough to manage many other general camp tasks, fish cleaning etc. Not a chopper tho. They are very cool blades. If it was legal to EDC a long blade in my state then the Reti would be one i would proudly stash somewhere on my skinny arse! Reti Rocks!

Yeah I lost out on this one . Being the first on the post ain't first on the EMS New guy mistake !!! Probably won't see another like that one !!!

Be patient, the blades find their owners.

Sometimes, a blade could be advertised for a few days, and then you see it, EMS for it, and you get the DD.

It is almost as if the blade was just there for you, waiting to be picked up by you and you alone. It happens much more than one would expect, so is it circumstantial? Doubt it....we just call it fate.

We've seen a few similar to that of late also, not as nice as that one I don't think, that one sings to me loudly.

Cul is spot on too, the blade will find you. This one was trying to find me but apparently it's GPS coordinates were off by a few degrees, dang that was close.

Whoever got it, got a wonderfully beautiful knife.

Thanks guys on the info and philosophical support ! And just as you said a fine Kobra is incoming ! Will post when it arrives!!!!!
