tuf cloth

I use Tuf-Cloth on most of my knives, and have used it on my Damascus Kershaws since I got 'em. Seems to be working just fine:thumbup:

Double post, sorry. Feel free to ban me and kidnap my children.

*knock knock* we're not interested in your kids, we're just gonna... take these knives with us.

"I believe you have my Kershaws?"

A couple of questions about Tuf-Cloth:

1. Can it be used on a knife and then the knife is used to cut food say - is that safe..?

2. Where is a good place online to buy Tuf-Cloth? I see some places selling them for $4...but then the shipping is ridiculous.

I wouldn't use them on a knife that you will be cutting food with, since I believe the lubricant contains mineral spirits.

As far as online, I know of a couple good places, but shipping can be tough. I have a solution for you though. Email me and I'll talk to you about it.

Pop down to Wal-Mart and pick up an Outers Tri-Care Gun Cloth. It will tide you over until your next knife order; add the Tuf-Cloth to that order to save on shipping.
