My wife and I were looking for some place to go next weekend.
Sounds like a plan. Are there going to be any metal detectors?
Searches? Will I have to leave my beloved Kimber 1911 behind?
Yes to any of those and we stay home.

Cbxer55, I can't say for sure but I've never seen metal detectors at any knife show I've ever attended or set up at and knowing the guys that set this up it would absolutely shock me if there were.

Tell ya what, if there are just ask for me and I'll sneak you in the back way. If there aren't be sure to stop by and say hi anyway.

Yeah I suspect there will not be. Anyway the last knife show I attended was Solvang in like 1995 or thereabouts. THere was no security there that I could see as I got in with several knives stuffed in my pockets. :-)

And since that was in lovely sunny southern Kal-E-Porn-I-A, where the looney liberals rule the roost, if they had no security, it is highly unlikely someplace in Oklahoma will have more.

If we make it there, I'll stop by. It just depends on the weather outlook. We were wanting to hop on our motorcycles and head out for the weekend. Last I saw rain is in the forecast. Welcome to Oklahoma, where if you do not like the weather, wait an hour, it'll change.:D
