Hi folks,
I took apart my Manix (the back-locking kind) to give it a really proper cleaning from all the silly grime and lint from use. Got it back together allright, no leftover parts in a bag here, heh.
Need some advice as to how to tune up the action properly. Can't tighten the lockbar and blade pivots too much or it becomes too heavy to open and the blade wont snap back in the frame when closing. Loosening up too much leaves an annoying gap between liner and lockbar.
Which pivot is best to adjust first, blade or lockbar? There's a fine balance there somewhere that I need to find before I Loctite it firm. I thought all you seasoned disassembly/reassembly veterans might know.
