Turkey Point Lighthouse trail, Cabelas in Delaware and Winterthur Gardens

I plan on going for a hike early at Turkey Point lighthouse trail in North East MD, then visiting the Upper Bay museum. Afterwards, a trip to Cabelas in Christiana DE and possibly checking out Winterthur Gardens on the state line. Has anyone ever been there? I went to Longwood Gardens a couple years ago, and had a great time. I'll only have about three hours at Winterthur. Not planning on stopping at Longwood on the way home. Any spots that I should check out? Hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, guns, knives, museums, art, truck shows that weekend? I'm up for just about anything.
