Aha! My default set of sharp table knives are partially serrated Grohmann #2 bird and trout Canadian belt knives. Fantastic steak knives.

My Shemp Bowie might as well have been a light saber. Went through that bird like it was made of fresh air!

Cutting the turkey is more of a "let's get it done" so we can eat and as a result, we use an electric knife.
