Sunday evening after Thanksgiving.......

Sandra has a turkey in the oven !! I know for certain the SOG Tech II will get the carving duties.....

And I'm thinking the logical choice for the dinner plate will be the Tech I.

Sounds good to me. I took my X-42 Field knife to my inlaws to help carve the Turkey, but they had some nice Henckles knives to do it. Maybe Christmas at moms?
