turkish clip point

Was just windering if there is any advantage to a turkish clip point over the standard clip or is it just a preference thing. I feel the standard clip point looks a little more robust, but the turkish clip seems like it's be real handy on small game.
 
I personally think they are functionally pretty much equal, but I like the aesthetics of the Turkish clip more.
