Turn around time

What's the average turn around time for repair on benchmades. I sent in my 806 two weeks ago.

It's listed on there website. Last I looked, it was 16-18 business days.

I can't even get them to return my emails. I've sent them 3 in the last 3 weeks. Still nothing. The phone call route is the way to go me thinks.
