Turning black screws silver

I have a few black screws I’d like to turn silver. It is a few clip screws and scale screws. I don’t know if they are coated or have some kind of anodizing treatment that turned the actual metal black.

My first thought was paint stripper, but this likely won’t work if they are not painted or coated.

Anybody have any ideas or has done this before? Thanks.
