Well, here she is :)
D2 steel, tubular pins for laynard lash points, Black G10/ white liner.
Not too shabby :)
The length on the recurve "Bump" is perfect for chopping and the handle shape is very controlable in its shape:thumbup:

Dang B~

That is sweet Bubba !!

The white liners look great. Make me one :D

you got one big dog! but you can lay 2 1/2 of your knives end to end on this one :) I didnt think I could pull something like this off when I was bugging you guys so much a few years ago.

I'd like to make me one too but I guess we both have to wait on that;)

That has to be the best of all your work, to date, hands down!
Beautifully proportioned and just down right slick!

Dana

Specks are on this knife in a previous threads titled Tusk. Search for Tusk and you'll find more info.

SLAYER 2 HAS BEEN CUT...............that is all:thumbup:

Man, yer gittin' damn near too good.......;)

Really like that white liner/black Micarta combo and it is all clean, clean, clean!!!!

the one I cut out today is in 0-1 with a wider sweet spot......

well....I am going to make me another large camp knife and keep thinking of this pattern.

I made the front end a tad fatter and made this one 18" overall total.
Blade will be about 11 1/2" Stock thickness is 7/32"

What do you think? Can you picture it fully hardened 0-1 blade etched dark and patina'd with use??
