I thinks Bram designed this one for women to carry and use because of the size of the Gunting. On that note, one of my favorite knives is the Navigator and I carry every day. Iyt's not the size that counts (that's what we tell our wives lol).

I saw those trainer pics yesterday, and I like them! I did not know it was designed for women, but I have been looking forward to the Tusok for the times I travel to some northeastern states which have strict blade length limits.

Cute. Somehow similar to a Gunting / C64 Meerkat hybrid I designed some time ago ;) see picture here
I wonder about the lock strength of the TUSOK. When I showed my model to Bram, he said that the Meerkat lock is not suitable for MBC, which I totally aggree. This little one should feature a compresion lock IMO.
 
You have some very nice disigns there Dialex! I especialy like the mini gunting and the prowler. How do you make these disigns?

Thank you. I use several programs, from CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop to 3D MAX and ACAD.
But I start just like everyone, with a piece of paper and a pencil :)

Those designs are awesome. Very cutting edge. I like almost all of them. If Spyderco decided to make any one almost, I would be happy.
 
Actually, one of them is in the Spyderco labs right now :)

The royalty thing was a cute one ;) But the similarity is just an exemple of function over form - different ways may lead to similar results.
