Tutorials on Lanyards?

Anyone have any online guides to making some of the fancy lanyards I've seen here?

Click on the different styles to see the instructions. I believe the Circle Stitch is commonly used for knife lanyards.

But I must be slow because I was beaten to the punch by our German friend.
