On a very irreguar basis, we have bad interference with over-the-air braodcast Channel 3 video (rarely audio). Only Channel 3. It is absent for weeks or months, then comes back for a few hours -- or a few days.
I have turned off the household power at the main, and the interference shows up when running a TV on battery power. So I am pretty sure someone in the area is running something that is sending out "radio waves."
Does anyone have any idea how I might detect where this is originating? (I see Germans trying to locate the underground's radio in occupied Europe.)
Not nearly as important as many requests here, but a darned irritating problem.
Of course, the wife's favorite programs are on Channel 3.
