Tweaked my RMDxLE

First of all, I want to thank Eric from SwampRat for hooking
me up with this knife so late in the game.
Got it in today. Very sharp, good job Alex!!!
Couldnt get used to the upper guard so off she came.
Now its a gripper with any hand hold.
Yall need to get one while you can..

Nice work! How did you go about grinding it off?

Used a 12" disc sander with the knife in a vise and held it square to the face of the disc.
Probably cold use any stationary disc sander.
Blended it in with a portable drill and Scotch Brite pad.

Nice mod! I would have bought one if they looked like yours. I have no need for the top 'guard'... I don't knife-fight very much.

I thought the upper guard looked okay but
i new i was going to grind it down. I really
new it once i handled it..
Not very practical in my uses..
