Tweener sheath question

From what I can tell by pictures, there is no difference in sheaths of the BK15 and the BK16/BK17. Is this true? It seems like a longer sheath then is needed for the BK17.

Actually the size between the 16 and 17 is pretty much the same. The 15 is longer but only by an inch, maybe... The sheaths are all identical.
