I think the factory tweener sheaths are very nice sheaths but they are just a little big for my taste. And being the typical cop, I prefer black ;). Here are a few sheaths I've come up with. I also prefer a front pouch that will hold a survival tin. Let me know what you think.

First one is a pancake kydex sheath with an ESEE molle back and ESEE front pouch. This has been one of my favorite setups for the past few years. Made dozens of these for other knives. These setup very well with this blade. The molle back and multiple attachment options is hard to beat.

Second it s kydex sheath with a new pouch I just started using. Velcros on and putting the straps between the molle lock, it should hold well. This is a smaller platform and the pouch can be easiler removed then the ESSE pouch to have a very slimline sheath system.

Here are the two together. Let me know what you guys think.

Wow--kydex, a keeper strap, and elastic on one sheath? You could hang upside down on a zip line between two moving helicopters while firing an Uzi in each hand and not have to worry about that Tweener falling out of its sheath.:thumbup:

That's right, two thumbs up from me.

I like 'em! Someone has been peering into my lil brain seems like! LOL

The backing system for kydex is a great system I think. I personally don't get the pouches on sheaths...but apparently it's popular among buyers.

That's a couple of really nice setups you've put together.

Do you wear the ESEE molle back on your belt or just attached to a pack? If so, how do you have it attached to the belt?

I never found a way to use mine on a belt that I really liked.

I usually keep it on a pack but it also has a velcro belt loop on the back that works well.
