twill laminate? what is it

On the Domino, the carbon fiber appears to be a sticker on a laminate? Or am I completely wrong? I'm seeing it's using twill laminate, but know nothing about this end material. Is it just carbon fiber, or is it a sticker?

Is it the same material/processing as Gayle Bradley?

I think it's similar, but obviously the pattern is different (And therefore the texture because it's related to the pattern). I had a CF Chaparral (Sold it a while ago in anticipation of the upcoming Chap 4) and I "Test Carried" a Gayle Bradley for a couple weeks and they both have the same pattern and feel (Sage 1 is also the same). I have a Domino, but mine is the blue weave, but I do have a CF Sage 3 which has the same pattern as the standard Domino. I'm not sure if the same outfit makes both overlay patterns, but they're all Taiwan Spydies so it's definitely possible.
