This is long overdue. My 2016 JK twins. :D :cool: :thumbup:

Bigger one is my Stainless Element Hunter in 154CM with leather sheath. Smaller one is a Bottom K Hiker's Backup LE (#6) in O1 with Kydex sheath. Both flat ground and convexed in green canvas, with white and blue liners.







Both great knives, which I haven't had the opportunity to really use too much just yet. Soon! Note, the canvas has been oiled on the smaller one, but not the bigger one (yet).

Sorry about the crappy indoor pics, but I had them out to get the edges all mirrored nice and shiny. :D I'll update this thread with better pics once I get some outside in good light. :thumbup:
 
Thanks for posting the pictures, this also gives a good comparison of kydex and leather sheaths.
 
Congrats on the twins. They look just like...you, I guess:rolleyes: Whoever they look like, enjoy them while they're young and keep the pictures coming.

Mirrored up those edges yesterday while I was doing a bunch of sharpening. Took them to 1,200 grit, then a leather belt with green Chrome compound. Hair poppin' now!!! :eek: :D





 
I'm not a fan of blue or white liners, but dang, the blue against the raw steel, then white, then the green canvas do make for a great looking combination.

Agreed! Great compact size, they will see tons of use! :thumbup:
 
Here's my set of twins. Element EDC semi wharn and Hikers Backup. Both with black micarta, mosaic pins and red liners. I will have triplets when my IFSA arrives (no mosaic pin though).
I really like the look of the double liners. I may have to try that on my next order.
