I wanted to make a razor for a long time now- however, I also wanted to do
something different. I don't think I would try to shave with this one, but the overall effect is interesting!
Specs:
-3.25" blade, 8 3/4" overall, 1.5" wide blade
-1/8" thick A2 tool steel; Paul Bos heat treat at 58-60 rc
-Hand sculpted black G-10 scales and #6 Torx screws; stop pin in handle

Thanks for looking!

I think there are parts of my face that could shave. :p It is interesting, though, and that handle works real well with it, open and closed. I'd say the attempt is a success.

Man, I'd take one of those in a heartbeat! I like razors, just not for shaving and that's the ticket there!

Wouldn't put it anywhere near my face ;) But I'd proud to carry it every day, no problem :D

Very nice work bro !

I couldn't resist. I hope no one beat me to it.
Sweeney Todd will have to get another one.

Thanks, everyone! You got it first, Esav- I'll be sending you a tracking number very soon!

Awwww, now see? I didn't think it was for sale being in the Gallery. Dang Mods... :D Nice score, Esav!

It didn't occur to me, either! I liked the design so much, I decided to look at his website to see what else he had, and there it was. :D

Jim has a distinctive style, it's not just the twisted razor, but that gives you an idea of the creativity he's willing to show.

Jim,

Hope you have another couple of these soon. I have a guy at work that drooled all over my keyboard when he saw it.
