Wasn't sure to post this here or on kitchen stuff ? Its a tad longer than the usual Santoku blades, I just could not bring myself to cut the billet down
Twisted W's
BL 8 1/2", 215mm
OAL 14 ", 355mm
Blade width 1 9/16", 40mm.
Blade thicness .0745", 1.9mm
Ground to zero. G10 and stainless spacers. Stabilised Black Palm handle.
