Twitch II

I have to say that I wasn't sure what to expect from the Twitch II.

I ordered one off ebay and just received it today.

I am very impressed. I don't think I could have bought a better AO folder for 30.00. It's solid with a good snap and was shaving sharp out of the box.

Except for a small amount of blade play (which I reduced with a little tightening of the pivot screw), this knife is just about perfect for my EDC.

This is good.

Seems you learned the tightening trick sooner than later....

I tighten mine until it comes out slow, then add a couple drops of "lightweight" oil in pivot area.

Then it has almost 0 play, but still opens well.

Some say oil, some say no oil, I've used "light" oil on my knives for 30 years.

Very nice. I did pretty much that but used some tuffglide. Works like a charm.

I like mine although I had to get a replacement spring (overplaying) Sog sent out a replacement and there were 2 Springs in the back and

lined up side by side you could tell one was a little more heavy duty (looked thicker and the bends were set further apart) after putting in

the new spring I tightened the pivot screw. I currently have 0 blade play and it snaps open harder then when it was new.
