Well, some people have done a lot worse by Uncle Henry Baer's designs recently, so I must say that this rendition by Bear MGC is not half bad.

And am I the only one who thinks the Invincible Skinner by Bear MGC is somewhat familiar? Both of these are U.S. made and at least they do not pretend to be what they are not, though I never have gotten used to the rainbow plywood look.

yep, both are almost identical to schrade designs of the same knife.

P.S I tried the search function for the schrade forum knife but the search function is down (at least for me, keeps coming up "page cannot be displayed") oh well, maybe i'll try later

thanks el lobo, Much appriciated. Pretty neat little knife, engraved with schrade BFC. Thats way cool. Those are probly all gone by now, right?

It was a limited time offer sponsored by Textoothpick (Phil), LRV (Larry) and LT (Rich). You can get in line for next year's knife though. By the way, the obverse side of the knife was inscribed with our official motto : UNCLE HENRY'S LOST SOULS".

yeah, I'd be interested in next years knife, provided I can afford it.
thanks guys

(A nice inscribed muskrat would be neat, "hint" "hint" :D )

Actually, I was hoping for a Colt or Buffalo Bill Bowie, or a 15OT. Something to fill the hand and provide a large canvas for a gold filled etch, maybe a silver wire inlaid handle. You know, a FIXED blade knife!

Well, I was hoping for a great fall and winter for real estate...your turn to buy, remember? :D
