Two Bill Reddiex Knives

These are two knives from New Zeland knifemaker Bill Reddiex that I just got in today.
Give me some feedback!!

Here are the specs:

Hunter 440C Mirror finish blade is 4 1/8" long and 8 3/4" overall. Stabilized Spalted Maple handle w/ Nickel Silver guard. Comes w/ leather sheath.

Stilletto 440C Mirror finish blade is 5 3/8" long and 10" overall. Paua Shell handle w/ Nickel Silver guard. Comes w/ leather sheath.

Very nice additions to your collection!. Bill Reddiex is a really good maker that I met quite a few times at NY Shows in the '90s. I remember talking to him right after AG Russell had asked him to make knives to be featured in his famous "Cutting Edge" catalog.

I'm from NZ and have been lucky enough to see some of Reddiex's stuff. He is a brilliant artist. And I think the specimens you've got are keepers. That paua shell stilletto is just an awesome piece of work.

They both feel good in the hand, the hunter has a real thin handle and feels nice.
