Two birds with one stone...........

To answer a question in another post, this is why I sold that custom Bowie. Bought form the original owner and in pristine condition, this Scimitar came with the original pouch, box, and three early catalogs that all fell into what I had; no duplicates! The two birds refers to the fact this is another different blade style (number 14) and it's also got the Manila style latch- a first in my collection. Enjoy!

I think I agree with ChungSan,I think this is my new favorite blade style too.
I wish we could still buy bali's like that.Maybe after MT releases their bali we'll see BM making customs again to give MT some competition.

Sure looks like booshank's scimitar. The scimitar is undoubtedly my favorite blade, I like the one that edgefinder has (pertaining to blade) I like the skeletonized better than inserts though.

I hope your obsession with Scimitar is now less?

Just my taste, but if I have to choose a Scimitar or a Bowie (both custom with same configuration except for the blade), I prefer the Bowie.
Of course due to rarity, Scimitar will have higher collectible value ..
