I have a couple of BirGorkha village style made by Kumar. 15+ inches and about 22 ounces. Satin finish on blade. Moderately rough saatisal handle. Very good and strong rig. Typical of what you'd see a village guy in Nepal using except these by Kumar are probably somewhat better.

$75 delivered to your door.

Call or email.

Here's your chance, folks: These villagers are excellent camp and work knives, and for the buddinng woodchucks or knife makers or craftpersons, here's a chance to try your hand and finish work if you so desire. Bill couldn't keep these things in stock at one point, so get em while they're hot (and I'm sure its hot now in Reno)

I've got a sanu villager 15" that I etched for a buddy, and it has an honored place in his collection. (15" was just too small fer me, but just right for his hand and frame.)

Keith, HI salesperson (part time, like anyone hasta talk these beauties up)

I will take one.:)

These are excellent buys!!!! I think I have 3 of the villager knives now, this will make four if I'm remembering correctly.:D

Very nice!!

Glad to see that they are still producing a few of these 'cause I hope hope to get another or few in the future.

My 19 incher by kumar is one tough knife. Very thick spine, but still not too heavy to carry, and just heavy enough to chop great. Sand the blade lengthwise with a little 600 grit paper then woodchuck the handle and they dress up real pretty too. These are a tip-top value, don't think you can go wrong getting one.
