Here are two that will be with me at the show in Janesville this weekend. First is my first ring guard, in Turkish twist and Turkish walnut with some leather by me. Next is a feather cowboy bowie in Ringed Gidgee

Having trouble with second pic. I'll update when I can. I'll have some pro photos taken at the show.

While I love the Damascus on the second one more, that first one is frickin sweet! I love the way you shaped that ring guard. I have the worst case of the wants I've had in a long time. Make sure you post more

Thanks guys. I have to say David Lish's knives speak to me. I love the way he does his ring guards. This is my attempt, without doing anything proprietary of him.
 
that top knife is just great. They are both good knives, it is just that the top one really grabs me. The guard, and the steel on the sleek blade, and the wood. That is one fine knife. Well done!
 
Congrats! Any chance these will be available to SEE on Sunday? I'm heading up there tomorrow, bright and early.
 
Both are awesome knives on all accounts but the feather blade just does something to me... nice!
