As soon as I heard the rumors of a new thinner Battle Mistress, I knew I'd get one. So far, it appears to be everything I hoped it would be: light, fast, and comfortable to use. The new handles are very well designed for chopping and slashing. Having stripped and convexed my gray and black one, I ordered another one to leave coated. The beautiful green and tan Bushwacker showed up yesterday. Thanks for the fast service, Amy. It came nice and sharp, as did my other one. I feel like I'm having an extended Christmas. I love these choppers.

Nice score HD, That stripped Bwbm turned out really good and that edge looks razor sharp.

Great looking blades HornDog! You did a nice job on the stip & vexing of the user for sure

HD, I'm glad to see a pic of that one in green/tan, because if I get up the courage to pull the trigger on another BWM, its going to look that that. My first is tanker gray/ blackG10.

The BWM is hard to resist....and so much fun:thumbup:
Nice combo. Thanks for the pics.

man those tan handles are growing on me, i am going to have to rethink the black on black, hopefully i will get in before they close the door on the bwbm!!!

Nice! That stripped one is Sexxxay:p

Thanks. It is scratched and dirty now. I have been chopping and burning brush today. The BWM did fine.

The edge is still undamaged. All I have to do to clean it up it put it on the Scotchbrite Wheels. Maintenance on this finish is a breeze.

I can hardly believe we still have ice here and there. I am nearly in FL. I have never seen such a prolonged cold spell down here. Good weather for cutting and burning.

2 attractive blades HD. Whatcha gonna do with #2?

Leave it factory fresh until I compare it to RAT Cutlery's new Junglas machete, which is very close in size, shape, and purpose to the Bushwacker.

Very nice looking combo there. I really wish I had the funds to grab one of these.
