Two Conductors on the train!

Well I've been carrying my preban ivory conductor for a while now but kept eyeballing a stag model for situations that might require a bit more grip. I made an offer and picked this one up this week.

I didn't even notice that they share the same serial number until I lined them up for the photo shoot, it must have been meant to be!

Anyways I've got these two lookers but rest assured they will both be put to work. I've figured out that the clip is perfect for all my food duties and the pen is just right for chores- sticking to this makes cleaning a breeze as well.

I have to admit that I wasn't sold on this pattern at first but the more I carry it I appreciate the blade choices, the thin package, and of course being nice to look at doesn't hurt. Now my pocket wouldn't feel right without one, it's my go to small knife!

Thanks for reading.

Nice knives. Great patina-on-ivory look on the ivory handled model. Gorgeous.

I've got a GEC Conductor in blood red jigged bone. Great little knife. Mine gets a lot of use. Pic borrowed from the dealer I bought it from:

I really like the bails on yours. Nice touch.

Man, those are two great looking knives!!! I love the Conductor and carry that or a Pemberton in my watch pocket every day.

Love the patina. Love the ivory. My ebony #33 has basically made me completely uninterested in any other possible weekday edc other than the upcoming #15 STR EK. I do believe I will purchase some more soon :)

One of my favourites, GEC's Pen if you like.

Not only wonderful construction with looks but you get a lot of Clip blade in a compact single-spring frame.

The two I have are like the OP's, very different from each other: carbon Tidioute in faux Tortoise and stainless Cyclop's Works in deep grooved Stag. Plenty of grip on this one. Just for those who hesitate or turn their noses up at acrylic, think again this is a really beautiful handle, even has blood-lines/veins in it! One of the best made knives I own.

Thanks, Will

Thanks for the kind comments guys.

How do you like the whittler configuration SaintlyBrees?

I like it quite a lot. And I actually use it for whittling. Great size & blade selection for that. But it also gets a lot of pocket time. Rides nicely in the pocket.
