First up is a Yellow peanut I know almost nothing about, It belongs to one of the trusties at our church, and when i was showing him my pocket hunter, he showed me His peanut that he found in an abandoned mall He had been hired to help tear down years ago. He said it was old and beat up when He found it and that was a while ago. Like I said don't know much about it but its a cool little piece of knife history.

The next is an old Buck 112 that my wife's grandpa has had in his shed for years, We got to talking knives then suddenly He handed me His keys, told me where to look and, let me pick between a Schrade 110 and this beautiful 112 Buck. It is in remarkably good condition with the exception of some rust spots and the tip being snapped of (fixable). Any way here she is,

Cool knives, but that first one is not a Peanut, it is a small Stockman. Cool little knife, though. I love old, used knives. I only wish they could talk.

Concur with Voltron. A nice looking small stockman, not a Peanut. Looks like bone scales. Should be a number on the back of one of the blade tangs (maybe the sheepsfoot); it'll shed some light as to the specific pattern, and the tang stamp on the front of the main blade should indicate what year it was made. I'm guessing, but maybe 6327 SS pattern (2-5/8" closed); shield looks like post-2000 vintage. If it's post-2000, there should be some X's, or a mix of 'dots' and 'X's, arrayed around the 'Case' name on the tang. The number of each will be the clue as to the production year. In 2000, they would have 5 of each. They'd omit one dot for each of the 2001 thru 2005 years (leaving only 5 'X's), then start omitting X's in 2006, with only one 'X' remaining in 2009. In your photo, I think I can see at least two 'X's above the 'Case' logo, I'm assuming there are more below it.

The Buck 112 looks like a 1993 model (indicated by the ' / ' next to the '112' on the tang).

Nice pair of knives.

I don't want to be contrary, but I think that's a Tiny Stockman. I have one, and it's a dandy little knife, but probably a bit too small for the pattern. The pen blade on mine is a bit tough to get to, but other than that it's a sweet little fancy dress/office knife. Good score.
