It's been way too quiet around here. Let me liven things up.
I now have 2 custom axes from Will Barber at H&B Forge. One is a Bearded Viking axe, or Skeggox. It is great! It even throws great!
The other is a custom order for one of his Shawnee hawks with the spike from his Medieval ax, ala the Roger's design. Apparently he has been doing these up like this for a while. It is awesome! If you have been considering buying a hawk from H&B, do it. They may not have the little finishing touches of some of their higher priced rivals but for the money they can't be beat. Who wants a hawk that is too "pretty" to use anyway?
