Hello guys, I found two different brands of Kershaw 3120 Black Gulch, please tell me which one is genuine, which one is fake, or both of them are genuine?

the blade on the top one is a computer rendering. kershaw tends to do that on new models.
 
I think the 3120 has been around a while. However, there seems to have been some subtle changes. I think production was moved to China from Japan within the last couple years. Steel seems to have been changed from AUS6 to 8CR13MOV.
