Two feedbacks left in wrong spots, explanation inside.

It seems that I have had two buyers who had left the message for me in the "visable to all" section and the part that was sent to me was the part that was to be public was sent to me...
Can anything be done for this?
Is having them swapped an option?

AFAIK, only Spark gets to edit iTrader.
