Two generations of Peltonen M95

I have to say that pound for pound, Peltonen M95 is in my opinion one of the best there is. Utilitarian to the maximum, efficient and deadly. The essense of a Finnish knife.

I have two versions, the old one, and the newer one. You can see the difference in the spine of the blade.

Is anyone else here a Peltonen-fan?

I too am a Peltonen fan. For the price they're excellent knives.
I like the handles for cold weather where quite often I'm working bare handed while skinning and butchering, and where I live winter is half the year.
I've found them to be easy to sharpen and edge holding is very good.
I have had the M07 for a few years and recently ordered the M95 directly from Lamnia.
