Two line 119 Handle Spacers??

Joe Houser told me the material used for the two line119 handle spacers can identify a specific year or range of years that this particular knife was made.

The spacers on this knife are a brownish red color and are laminated. I’m assuming these are fiber spacers but can’t be sure.

Is this a sufficient description for any of you Buck experts to determine what type of spacer material this is and its relation to the manufacture date?
